We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not trade or rent it to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
We use industry-standard security measures and trusted third-party authentication services to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where possible, we store pseudonymous values instead of raw identifiers. For example, identifiers like IP addresses and browser/device identifiers are transformed using one-way hashing before storage in short-lived security logs. Raw IP addresses may be processed transiently by our service providers to apply security protections, but we do not store raw IPs in our application database.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and for the purposes described here. In particular:
We also retain and use information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
To exercise these rights (including requesting deletion or anonymization of account snapshots), please contact us at privacy@barricade.gg. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding to your request.
You can delete your account yourself in the mobile app: open Settings, scroll to the Danger Zone and choose Delete account. This disables your sign-in, ends your active sessions, and deletes or anonymises your personal information as described above. If you can no longer access your account, email privacy@barricade.gg and we will handle the request for you.
We use cookies and similar local storage technologies (such as browser localStorage) to track activity on our service and hold certain information, such as session state and preferences. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or clear local storage at any time, though some features may not function correctly without it.
We may work with advertising partners to display ads on some pages. These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. In regions covered by GDPR or CCPA, a consent prompt lets you choose how your data is used for advertising; outside those regions no prompt is shown.
All or partial advertising on this Website or App is managed by Playwire LLC. If Playwire publisher advertising services are used, Playwire LLC may collect and use certain aggregated and anonymized data for advertising purposes. To learn more about the types of data collected, how data is used and your choices as a user, please visit https://www.playwire.com/privacy-policy.
In the Barricade mobile apps, ads are provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may access your device's advertising identifier (the Google Advertising ID on Android, or the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS), together with technical details such as device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and your interactions with ads. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Your choices depend on where you live. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads, and you can change your answer at any time under Settings → Ad privacy in the app. In certain US states, the same screen lets you opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. On iOS we also ask permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.
Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
o7 Games Limited is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.
