Can I change my username?
No — usernames are claimed once at signup and can't be changed later.
Why was my account banned or restricted?
The most common reasons are cheating (using engines or outside help), smurfing, running multiple accounts, inappropriate chat, and stalling games. See our Terms for the full list.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No — one account per person. Additional accounts, especially for ranked play, will be banned.
